pfs2  Since March of 2016, the Process for Success (PFS)  committee began the task of reviewing the school district's  current  facilities, looking at enrollment projections and  assessing the best  way to meet the current and long range  facility needs of all  students in an efficient and effective  manner. The PFS committee is made up of community  members, parents and staff who have  invested significant  time and effort  reviewing information. After much thought and consideration,  the committee developed a facilities master plan they feel addresses and meets the educational expectations of our community and presented this at the Board of Education (BOE) meeting on December 12. BOE members gave direction at that meeting to begin gathering community input on the committee's facilities master plan. Derby Public Schools looks forward to hearing ideas and putting together a facilities master plan that addresses and meets the educational expectations of our community. Please consider attending one of the following upcoming community meetings to learn more:

6:30PM on Tuesday, January 24, at Cooper Elementary (4625 Juniper, Wichita)
6:30PM on Thursday, January 26, at Derby High School (920 N. Rock Road, Derby)
